I enjoy seeing their progress on a daily basis and enjoy the satisfaction they get as they learn something new each day or tailor their skills
Head of Centre , supporting children, families and staff ?
My practice is most child centred when I refocused my approach around froebelian principles
Our materials and environment are enriched with skilled practitioners being with children and providing them with the autonomy to lead, plan and evaluate their learning and play spaces
Children are active participants in their environment through staff enabling and leading childrens voice and rights
The principles inspire me to inspire and lead others and shaping the thinking of non froebelian trained practitioners
Learning journal
