Beginnings

How I view my practice at the start of my current training

This practitioner has not chosen to share this information at this time.

Their thinking, their imagination, their ideas.

Kindergarten teacher who loves and implements improvised and nature activities.

When: Once I understand the developmental level and psycho-spiritual level of my students, then I can find the appropriate teaching material and plan/organize my teaching
How: I plan, participate, discuss planning with my students and encourage them to take initiatives

The space given to us is shaped according to the activities we implement. After I have understood the four levels: scientific, pedagogical, psychological teaching side then I am able to know which subjects are child-centered.

Discussing at the end of each day all together about what we did, achieved, planned, etc. So through this process I can evaluate my attitude and my work.

The only thing that is certain is that it has enriched my knowledge and positively changed the way I think about many things. Froebelian thinking has also strengthened my will to constantly seek the well-being of the pedagogical relationship and specifically of the pedagogical couple.

Social justice must be combined with the pedagogical freedom of the teacher so that there is a balance.

The way in which there will be a balance between me and the child so that wants, needs, possibilities, ideas, etc. become more visible.

Good and genuine relationships with parents, students and school staff are important. Formality to keep everyone happy sometimes doesn't help. The more open-minded we are, the better for the relationships we build.
