I will always adore the endless experiences that children provide us as adults. Their views on the world are so interesting and more often than not I learn with them and from them.
I am a principal early years officer. My role involves supporting a team through improvements as well as ensuring everyone is getting it right for our children.
Friendships and working relationships with colleagues has a huge impact on me as a person. Have a group of like minded adults working alongside each other helps me to do me job well.
