I find it the most rewarding job and being around children to be uplifting and energising. Being invited to view the world through their lens and explore their curiosity with them. Their abundant creativity, playfulness and innocence feels therapeutic to me.
I am a Head of Centre of an Early Years Centre and its my role to empower the staff team to provide the best quality play and learning for the children. To drive the service forward adhering to council policy and procedures and make it a happy, caring, enriched setting where everyone is supported to be the best they can be.
