i enjoy watching children be children. I also enjoy watching the light bulb moment when a child watches something, or tries something for the first time.
Everyday in my job is different. I work in the community running anetenatal classes, baby massage, roots of empathy, messy play and much much more. All of my sessions focus on developing the relationship between the parents and child
I watch what the children are interested in and follow their interests
SInce starting this course I know I have significantly developed my Knowledge of Froebelian Principles. Some of the aspects that I have detailed above of Froebel's principles that I will continue will involve reflecting on my practice using peer support, reflecting on activities and whether the children have benefited from them, listening to the child as an individual and also using the community.
