Becomings
– Changes to my thinking or practice which are emerging as a result of my current training –

Working with children is fascinating, since every day is different. Watching them develop is an immense privilege - seeing how they achieve something one day when it was impossible for them earlier
Helping children to develop their curiosity and feel safe in the nursery. Actually, my role has not changed.
Deepening my knowledge, through attending the course and the observations I made with the children during the project allowed me to change my view of the child. I now try to listen more to what the child has to say.
I have more confidence with the children in my care.
In my workplace, the voice of the child is very important and activities are prepared with participation of the children. As a result of this course, I now have give the children more attention and have flexibility, to change and respond to the children's requests.
The training has allowed me to rediscover the depth of Froebel's teaching. A child is constantly learning, learning through play, and every child is different. I try to give children more freedom to express themselves.
I hope to continue to deepen my knowledge, so that I can understand children even better.
In this respect, I think that from my point of view nothing has changed for several years. I can say that I am lucky because the Froebel spirit is very well known in my workplace, and I can always count on help and cooperation.

I work with young children and they come from different families, as well as from different countries. For me, it did not, and does not, matter what their background is: they are primarily human, regardless of gender, background, social status and are all equal in my eyes.
