Becomings
– Changes to my thinking or practice which are emerging as a result of my current training –

I am reminded daily of the wonderful curiosity children have about everything in the world around them. I enjoy being part of that journey and want to offer them the best experiences I can within the setting to engage them more deeply in their learning and thus have confidence and determination to succeed, wonder and explore in their childhood..
My role remains the same in job title but the impact of completing the Practitioner Enquiry project with my team to develop their understanding of Froebel and reflect on where we are as a team and where are we going, has inspired me to continue this journey for all. I am reassured in my ideas and where I want our nursery to go over the next few years and I have a staff team who are engaged and understand why this journey needs to and how it can take place across different elements of the provision to improve quality and understanding for everyone.
My views have always aligned with Froebel principles for children's learning through real life experiences and the value they have to us as children.
