I enjoy their curiosity and wonder about the world. I enjoy their ideas and willingness to try and take risks that older children worry about. I enjoy hearing about their ideas and understanding of life at their stage, and that there are so few barriers in their thinking. Everything is possible.
I am part of the nursery team, the school and local community in supporting children in their learning and care. I role model what I know and believe to be right for children in my practice and support and lead other members of the team to be the best they can be for the benefit of the children.
