Beginnings

How I view my practice at the start of my current training

This practitioner has not chosen to share this information at this time.

What i enjoy most is watching the children grew and developed om a daily basis and implementing froebling approaches into this i also enjoy buliding bonds with both the children and their families

As a senior memeber of staff it is to over see the room and make sure all children/families needa are meet

On the daily basie my practice ia child centered wether this be planning provocations to meet the children's needs or setting the room up to mewt the needs of each individual child and so that it is moat of all a nurturing eneviroment

The environmental is adapted to the individual needs of each child were possible and materials are rotated to support it, and procedures are that the children's rights are always meet

We do this through obsevring the children wether this be through the use of floorbooks to follow on from the previous experience, also by carrying out observation of the daily routine of the room gives all practioners the information they need to make sure its basised on the children's needs and developmental milioestones

Froebel practice givea me a great and wider knowledge on why i child may be doing something ans how to further support this for example supporting a child to work through the stages of block play

I am wear of echo opportunity through our echo opportunity policy all children within the setting and within the room that all children always have the same opportunity and have a safe nurturing environment to attend.

I hope to always have the opportunities to learn and develop, i hope to strengthen my knowledge in all aspects of early years learning as i fell like this is something you can alwaya strengthen

My staff team as a senior meber of staff i would not be able to have such a safe nurturing environment
